How much does an EquilAI chatbot cost?

There is no public rate card. Every customer gets one custom price, shaped during a free two-month pilot from real traffic, needs, company size and revenue. One number covers everything: every channel, tuning by our engineers, support and updates.

Is the two-month pilot really free?

Yes. No card, no strings attached. You get the full product, tuned for your company, for two months. At the end we look at the results together, and only then do we talk price.

What is included in the price?

Everything on this page: the website widget and every other channel, the knowledge base, live human handover, analytics, team seats, tuning by our engineers, and support with an SLA in writing. There are no per-seat fees and no paid add-on tiers.

What happens when the pilot ends?

We bring a proposal based on what the pilot actually showed: your traffic, your use cases and the value it created. If it fits, we continue. If it does not, you walk away and take your data with you.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no lock-in and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you want and export your data and transcripts.

Why is there no public price list?

Because a ten-person shop and a retailer with tens of thousands of chats a month should not pay the same. Fixed tiers overcharge one and underserve the other. A price shaped around your actual usage stays fair in both directions, and it only works for us if it keeps working for you.
